If you don’t see the “Cochran” connection already setup, you can set it up again manually. Click on the dropdown arrow where it says Add Connection, and then select the Add Connection with the plus button option.
In the next popup, in the “Name” box enter Cochran.
In the “Server” box enter the following: vpn.cochraninc.com:4433
For Tigard users, vpnpdx.cochraninc.com:4433
Hit the Next button.
The next pop-up only occurs during the first setup. Hit the Trust button if you see the following.
The next window will look similar to the following. Make sure everything looks correct. The Name, Server, fill out your own username and password, and select the office.cochraninc.com option from the Domain dropdown. Leave the protocol on Auto and hit Save. After that, your connection is saved. Hit the orange Connect button and you will connect to the VPN.
